The long standing and persistent efforts for promotion of high efficiency air conditioning systems, with respect to environmental protection, has led us to frequent use of geothermal systems for heating, cooling and hot water production.
Instalation realization is based in low depth geothermal energy (horizontal or vertical ground heat exchanger) or drill (salt or fresh water) and applied according to the needs of the building (residential, commercial buildings, hotels, etc.).
We select high efficiency heat pumps, appropriate design of water networks and analyze the behavior of the system under all operating conditions.

Saving energy by using heat recovery can be achieved by heating/cooling equipment or ventilation in either the production process, with impressive results. Excellent applications in plants with cooling loads throughout the year.

The adaptation of appropriate dehumidification systems and methods are targeted according to need and use of premises, such as rooms, meeting areas, swimming pools, special storage areas.
We provide customized solutions and enabling minimization of energy consumption for dehumidification, with simplicity and increased efficiency compared to ordinary systems.
The dehumidification control system adapts perfectly to the ever-changing operational needs.

The application of suitable water-cooled chilled water production system is assessed based on: the initial construction costs, energy consumption, size and architecture of the building, maintenance, etc
The required total power of the chiller, the power of each chiller, operating conditions at part load is determined, the operational control – sequencing chillers and of course the best way to reduce consumption for heat rejection.
We achieve excellent adaptation of operating parameters in simultaneous demand for heating and cooling loads.

The ever increasing applications of air conditioning and heating using solar energy have led to our continuous search for optimal utilization of the investment budget.
The necessary solar panel areas are determined, and the most appropriate solar technologies and control equipment are selected.

Some innovative high performance solutions:

Energy ventilation through the building facade, resulting in eliminating suspended ceilings (saving at least 30cm per floor) – for all types of commercial buildings.
Use of local geothermal heat pumps, resulting in independent operation and the elimination of the central plant (saving space on the mechanical room floor) – for all types of commercial buildings.
Use air cooled packaged heat pump type, cooled by air from the conditioned space, resulting in excellent efficiency and the elimination of the exhaust duct system – for stores, super markets, etc.
Using special fresh air handling units saving of 50% of the required heating or cooling loads can be achieved, from the common systems incorporating a simple air/air plate heat exchanger – for all types of buildings.
